About the bookHow coaching works.
Each coaching session starts with what matters most to you. I listen closely and ask questions that help you uncover deeper layers of awareness. Together, we turn what you discover into clear action plans that help you change habits, stay accountable and bring real change in the areas that matter to you. Sometimes you will have a sudden breakthrough. At other times, you will see small, steady improvements, like a personal kaizen. Either way, the change lasts, because the answers came from you. You leave with more clarity and confidence, and with the ability to coach yourself long after our sessions end.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a one-to-one partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be. You bring the goal. I ask the questions that help you see your situation clearly, find your own answers and act on them. It works in any industry and any role: you are the expert in your work, and I bring the method.
Coaching is
- Focused on your goals and your future
- Built on the belief that the answers are within you
- Confidential and structured
- Measured by the actions you take
Coaching is different from
- Mentoring, where someone shares their own experience
- Therapy or counselling, which help with emotional or past difficulties
- Consulting, where an expert gives you the answers
- Training, where you follow a fixed curriculum
Sagar helped me effectively overcome a personal roadblock that could have potentially affected my professional life as well. The hands-on, one-on-one training approach helped me pause, neutrally review, and address the issue at hand so that I could make necessary changes and regain my lost confidence.

How a programme works.
We start by understanding the business result you want and the behaviours that stand in the way. I then design the programme around your goals, your people and your culture. The sessions are practical, so people practise the new behaviour in the room. Follow-up sessions after the main programme help the new habits stick at work. We agree on the measures at the start, so you can see the change in behaviour and in business results. Your team brings the industry knowledge. I bring the method.
Sagar is a wonderful mentor and a great human being. Was fortunate to do my NLP training with him, a splendid experience. A great mentor, wonderful friend, and a superb NLP trainer.
Topics and formats.
